Work Parties 1st Saturday and 3rd Wed of the month and AGM

Dear Members,

I am writing to let you know two things:

1. The next work parties will be on Saturday 7th April from 10am until 12o'clock and Wednesday 18th April from 6pm until 7.30pm. Please email me as to which one you will be attending. Future work parties will be on the first Saturday of the month from 10am until 12o'clock and on  the 3rd Wednesday of each month from 6pm until 7.30pm.
2. The AGM did not take place as planned and a new date will be organised asap. Apologies to all those members who turned up to find out that it was cancelled on the night.

All key holders are expected to help with the garden for at least 2 hours a year.
